I Am
Trained through Ancient Song Doula Services in 2019—an organization committed to reproductive justice and holistic doula care, I offer heart-centered support to all walks of life, including queer, trans, and nontraditional families. My practice includes not only birth and postpartum care but also support through miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, and grief. These passages are just as sacred, and I hold them with deep respect and compassion. I have the privilege of continuing my education walking alongside village wise ones, Malaika Miller of Mother Ocean Midwifery & Whapio of Matrona Quantum Birth and Wisdomkeeping.
I’ve had the honor of attending births across the Tristate area, as well as alongside traditional midwives in Oaxaca, Mexico, within Black-owned birthing center in Miami,Florida, and at unassisted births in the Dominican Republic. Each experience has expanded my understanding of how birth wisdom lives in every land, every body, every story.
My work is grounded in ancestral remembering, drawing from my Mayan Indigenous lineage, the living practices of my family, and the sacred medicine passed down through my bloodline. I offer a blend of traditional techniques, hands-on/hands-off comfort measures, intuitive care, and embodied education. Whether you’re birthing at home, in a hospital or center, with or without interventions, I believe every birthing person deserves to feel empowered and in flow no matter the birth venue.
Birth is alchemy. When we are rooted in who we are, surrounded by love, and held in our power, we create the conditions for transformation. I am here to walk beside you through that transformation—wherever it leads.
